Users may cancel bookings through the dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled service may qualify for a full or partial refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in reduced or no refund due to preparations already initiated.

In rare situations like pandit unavailability or emergencies, PujaSarthi may cancel or reschedule. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or an alternative arrangement.

For damaged or incorrect samagri, report within 48 hours for a replacement or refund. Paid astrology services are considered fulfilled once delivered or consultation completed, and are generally non-refundable except for technical errors.

Refunds may not be issued if:

• Cancellation requested after the puja has started.
• Incorrect booking information provided by the user.
• Failure to participate in the scheduled service.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. PujaSarthi is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
